The Call-back & Text-back systems automatically alerts the customer of their cars arrival.Data Cars Callback system can automatically phone the customer to inform them that their car has been despatched and when it arrives. This enables Data Cars too offer a more professional service to our customers.
When you telephone Data Cars your phone number will appear on the Telephonists screen. Once they have entered your name and address you will be asked if you require the Callback or Textback facility.
Our Callback system links to the Data Dispatch system. Callback has been specifically designed for use in high rise and tenement areas, but the service is now so popular that we invested in further technology to allow the system to text the customers mobile phone to advice that the car has been dispatched and the details of the vehicle. This facility is called TextBack. Both facilitys handle over 25,000 Callback and TextBack requests per week and allow other customers the benefit of this facility.
When the driver is approaching your address he/she presses a key on their in-car data terminal. This sends a signal to the computer in the office, which then calls the your phone number twice.
Callback helps to offer a better service to you the customers. Instead of having to look out for your vehicle, they can just wait for the telephone call.
This facility is available for customers who book cars from us via a mobile phone. We will send you a text message letting you know what make and model the vehicle is and when the car has been despatched. For further security we also send the vehicle colour and the registation number. We then send you another text when the car has arrived.
