Data Cars have invested in modern technology to improve the efficiency of its service to the general public.
Our company is controlled by the Cabmaster Despatch and Booking system with GPS tracking speeding through a newly installed 1GB Hub with a Cat6 Cabling Patch Panel and the Avaya Index 800 telephone System. We also operate the "Callview" call logging and monitoring system.
In order to do this Data Cars installed the "Booking and Dispatch System" and the Avaya Index 800 Call Centre telephone Switch.
The Cabmaster System at Data Cars is one of the most advanced systems on the market and is capable of dispatching more than 1200 jobs per hour as well as support 1000 vehicles.
